Don't rely on the warranty

I bought two of these drives and one had OS issues a few months ago so I started using the other. Well, the other drive is dead and won't even let you access the files. I called HP and their customer service got so bad they make Dell customer service great. They can't or won't help you and just refer you to other departments or just hang up. Don't rely on them to honor the three-year warranty. They will tell you that you bought from a third party. Now it looks like I'll file a small lawsuit…

I used two of these in RAID1. One lasted less than a week before the RAID controller started giving me errors. let's go back

Great SSD for the price

I installed 2 of these drives on my desktop and they work great. I've been using both for several months with no errors. I just uninstalled all games from one of them to use it as a data transfer intermediary and I'm sure it will get the job done quickly and hassle-free. I haven't had a single issue with any of them, so for the price they're great value.

Best value yet since RAM upgrade

I upgraded an old HP DC7600 SFF desktop and came across an HP SSD; The PC has 3GB of RAM and is relatively fast, but the SSD really makes a difference compared to the original spinning hard drive. I was willing to give up SOME capacity for speed as I was replacing a 750GB drive with it.

50% bounce rate within the first 2 weeks. Nobody will take responsibility. Worse than bad.

We bought 8 of these for use in HP computers. 4 out of 8 failed within the first 2 weeks. I tried contacting the seller and HP to find out how to get a repair or replacement and all I got back was an email (with an order number) asking for the order number. I replied within 10 minutes and was never contacted again. Other than that I have not been able to get any satisfaction from Revain, the seller or HP.
