Review on 🖥️ JideTech HDMI KVM Switch 2 Port: Share Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse & USB - 4k×2K@30hz Resolution by Ronnie Toups

I was hoping to use this KVM with my new ultrawide monitor. When I plugged it in, the permission was wrong and I couldn't get it to work. I returned the item assuming it does not support the 2560 x 1080 screen resolution. JideTech contacted me and asked me to check if the device was defective. I told them it's not a defect. It just didn't work with my monitor resolution. They then asked if I would try to reset the virtual monitor by holding the button for more than 5 seconds; The two LEDs on the KVM switch will turn on, then turn off, and then turn on again within 3 seconds. So they sent me a new KVM switch and I followed the instructions they sent me; I restarted the virtual monitor, connected my computer and it worked. Both my Windows 10 work PC and my Macbook Pro recognize the ultrawide screen and display it correctly. Thanks to Jidetech for reaching out to me with instructions on how to get this working. Also, if the blue button bothers you, I had both buttons with a nice black button. -- UPDATE -- Unfortunately, after about 7 months of use, my Mac's USB connection drops and doesn't work anymore (very often). I don't know if this can be fixed, but it makes the device very unusable.
