The program has helped me manage my blood sugar levels in addition to being able to track other parts of how I eat well throughout the day! It is convenient having all this information right at your fingertips as you go about doing daily activities. There are so many different types of food out there (and it seems like new ones come onto shelves every week!) but I've found that by going through programs such as these can help cut down overall fat intake while keeping good foods available when they're not necessarily part of their regular diet plan. Also helps keep tabs on what's actually eaten versus planned portion sizes (can be tricky once in awhile). Can't dislike anything; just trying things out at times which makes everything easier! The best thing about livong is my coach! She has helped me overcome some of life's obstacles - being able to keep track in between appointments was essential when I had multiple medical issues going at once; she also made it easy as possible by having all our info right there whenever we needed her guidance or help getting back into shape after surgery (she even provided encouragement!).
