I like how they have so many different ways of tracking your progress including diet trackers which is great because you can see what foods are good or bad as well! I like being able to track my food intake without having someone monitoring it constantly (which is what other sites are doing). It's too easy just click "next" or "add more." There isn't enough variety of foods you can add in one day/week; sometimes there aren't even vegetables offered as choices!
