I like being able to track my food intake without having someone monitoring it constantly (which is what other sites are doing). It's too easy just click "next" or "add more." There isn't enough variety of foods you can add in one day/week; sometimes there aren't even vegetables offered as choices! This site might work well if this were updated frequently but unfortunately not every week has new items added which makes me feel less motivated than before using Lifewater! If dietitian support was provided by the website - great!! Have patience because some things will take awhile until they get fixed after feedback from users gets collected so please keep checking back over time. Keeping tabs on how far I've come along versus where I'd love be at would have been very motivating. The best motivator though? Learning about all different ways we humans digest certain types of foods compared to others -- and learning tips on recipes / cooking techniques specific to each digestive pattern -- i learned something brand spankin' NEW everyday. I like the fact that it helps me manage all my conditions, not just one. Very helpful in keeping tabs of everything. It also has other features such as reminders which is great! Honestly, there isn't anything I dislike about Livongo. The only thing I can say is that sometimes when you are trying to make a change, it doesn't always go smoothly but I think that's because we're all human and everyone makes mistakes. Livongo allows me to track everything related to my health.
