This OBD2 adapter is great value for money. It even supports advanced (paid) Forscan features. I was able to enable the remote start feature in my 2012 F150. I was also able to program my two new keys without having to pay 10x the retail price (two of my existing keys no longer work so I can't program myself using the procedure in the owner's manual). For key programming you need an extended Forscan license. Also, programming the keys for my car took 10 minutes per key. It's not a lack of adapters, it's a car that takes 10 minutes. If you are looking for a very affordable Forscan ready adapter for your Ford vehicle, I highly recommend it. The price couldn't be better and Forscan gave me no problems.
