My wife bought this for me and I am VERY HAPPY with this product I have been using for over a month. It took a month for some of the hair to grow back but it was so beautiful I could feel it but not see it! The lid of the container I received was loose and some of the lotion leaked into the plastic bag the lotion was shipped in, but a call to customer service was enough to fix the problem. In fact, they sent me two replacement containers with different dispenser caps, one of which was with a dispenser pump. When ordering lotion, I recommend specifying a pump dispenser as it's much easier to get the right amount of lotion. I want to give this product 7 stars based on the effectiveness of the product and the great customer service I received!
