Great to keep record and playback call messages quickly
I like that this is very easy with all my calls being recorded in one place so i can go back anytime if needed or just log them as well! It's been great using it but sometimes when you have an issue they don't always respond immediately which makes things difficult because then there are times where we need someone right away who doesn;t know what happened yet? So make sure your set up correctly before going live though otherwise everything will be fine once its running smoothly!! We use solutions infinivoice application at work now since our phones aren’t ringing anymore due too Covid 19 pandemic & everyone working from home has stopped calling us out of habit etc. This solves alot issues by having those recordings available whenever anyone needs help solving any problems whether internal customers/clients /employees even people outside their organization such as contractors needing.
- It's so great that I can have so easy and available of recordings of my customers and internal people at anytime with all my calls being recorded in one place where i can go back anytime even if it's a very very difficult issue
