Didn't work :(: Tools & Supplies

I loved this foot spa as I'm on my feet all day. Unfortunately my item must have been defective as none of the features didn't work... .there was no vibration no bubbles and I couldn't tell if I adjusted the temp.The water stayed too hot at times but then again I couldn't tell if I adjusted the temp.Tea tree salt was probably the only good thing I got Tried resetting it as instructed but nothing changed.
