It has a very pleasant leather smell
I've only had this kit for about a month but it seems to be of good quality. It has a very pleasant leather smell and the zipper seems secure. The only thing I found odd was that it came with a note saying it was handmade leather made in India. I thought cows were considered sacred in India, but maybe the skin isn't? I don't know, but overall I would recommend this set.
