I cannot tell fully explain how upset I am about this purchase. I was so excited to get this moveable cube storage unit. When it arrived, everything seemed normal and I started setting it up. I could follow the directions quite easily. THE PROBLEM arrived when the side of the unit DID NOT COME WITH HOLES. There were no holes to put 4 of the parts requested in assembly. Furthermore, there were no holes for the moveable shelves to be placed. My husband, THANKFULLY, had the tools to put in the holes. Unfortunately, even with that extra work, the screws in the other parts wouldn't even fit correctly. There were empty spaces that I could not tighten any further on the top part where the pegs and screws were assembled. If you tried to fix any of the imperfections yourself, the boards started busting at the holes.After deciding to return this unfortunate piece, I just became more upset with each piece I had to disassemble. This should've been an easy piece to put together. Instead, it turned out to be a nightmare of a project. Incredibly disappointed with the quality of this piece.All of that said, I have another piece of 9-cube storage at school, made of the same material. It's sturdy and has held up in the past 14 years, very well. I expect it to last my entire teaching career.THIS PIECE, however, was created with too many mistakes in the factory. Extremely poor manufacturing.
