This was fairly easy to assemble. Mine was missing one supporting leg and has a few dings. We were able to easily cover the marks with marker and you can't even tell. The missing leg doesn't seem to cause any issues. Also had some issues with holes lining up. I think for what I paid it's about what I expected it to be. Once it was in place against the wall it seems sturdy enough. We are using it as a media console under our mounted tv.

I cannot tell fully explain how upset I am about this purchase. I was so excited to get this moveable cube storage unit. When it arrived, everything seemed normal and I started setting it up. The holes for the screw/pegs that lock in to the other piece . well I had to gouge them out on all of the holes. So the peg would actually insert in to the locking screw thing. Through the process of trying to force the pegs in prior to gouging the holes some of the screws cracked and warped the "wood”. I love the modern look of this, as it's a step up from the plain 9 square options. This one has legs and the shelves are completely adjustable. As another reviewer stated, the shelf pins do not seem to want to stay in the holes. I figured out where I wanted them to be, and gorilla-glued them into the holes for a more permanent solution. It works great. I'm a bit disappointed that for $65 the shelves kept falling down, but a quick glue job takes care of it.

Very nice wood look, rich and feels solid . Made well with a nice finish. And even gets extra points from me. When I put it together I noticed the back panel was missing to enclose the unit. Called the Closet Maid corporation in FL and they are shipping the missing piece free of charge.

Just assembled this weekend and very happy with my purchase. I ordered three and each took less than 30 minutes to assemble and had easy to follow instructions. Looks great and doesn’t appear inexpensive.I didn’t give the item 5 stars because two of the shelves had some small issues. This product was hard to put together and broke with one mistake. I got it to work with some glue but disappointed for the price. Made with cheep particle boards. This piece won't last long.

I read the reviews extensively & knew what I was getting into. So I was very gentle with the sides that have the legs & followed the instructions carefully. You can tell that the quality of the sides is VERY low and if too much weight is put on them, they'll definitely fall apart. This is in my bathroom, mainly used for storage of hair products & towels, so it fits my purpose just fine. The shelf holders are little metal pins and after only a small amount of time they have worn out the MDF and fall out constantly. Will be adding some glue and filler to try and keep pins from falling out constantly. Really nice looking but its falling apart already after a month, kind of disappointing. However a little wood glue and filler should fix this problem. Maybe I should give it a four star rating and discourage people to not have kids.

This product came in a box that was badly damaged and taped together. There were missing screws and the styrofoam was broken into tiny pieces resulting in a HUGE mess. The pieces not missing were covered in scratches, dents, and peels. After struggle to assemble the piece, it completely collapsed and fell apart when trying to move it. They look nice but I would not pay more for it than 50.00. I bought two for 47.31 each and would have bought another one but they jacked the price up to 90 and they are not worth it so I will pass. It is particle board with a cardboard back. It is very light when assembled. You will need to anchor it or load with care as it is slightly top heavy.
