The holes for the screw/pegs that lock in to the other piece . well I had to gouge them out on all of the holes. So the peg would actually insert in to the locking screw thing. Through the process of trying to force the pegs in prior to gouging the holes some of the screws cracked and warped the "wood”. I’ve put many items together using the similar method this used and this product by far is the worst one I have ever done. Cheaply made. However instructions were spot on and great. Had I not had to fight with the pegs and locking screw mechanism, this product would have been a dream to put together. I hope it hold together for a year or so atleas, get my monies worth. It will definitely not survive a move. hope it survives the grandkids
