Review on 🌈 The Essential X-Rite i1Studio (EOSTUDIO): Streamline Your Color Workflow by Corey Greene

It's decent, but I think there are better options

After some use and MANY times of calibration, I'm thinking that something either doesn't fit mine or it just doesn't dial up properly for my situation. 4 100% srgb monitors calibrated, which all fit almost the same, although my other tester is permanently off. However, they are within tolerance and I find them tolerable, just not for $500. there are cheaper alternatives. Then I calibrated my printer. SEVERAL times all to this day can't give the same colors I got with OEM ink. I have a Canon Pro 100 which uses accurate color inks which many people think should be close to accurate when properly calibrated. well, not mine. After about 20 calibrations and refilling cartridges, rinsing, trying on different paper, different batches of ink, it always calibrates to the same endpoint. This means that all print profiles end up producing the same false colors. It's sequential. I just always get it wrong. Personally, I would like to return my device via RMA, but it has been more than 30 days since the return. Final Verdict: I personally would have given up if I had the option to purchase another one as my results haven't given me what I wanted and I have other options that have worked for less money. I've also created custom pressure profiles that are closer to OEM than this $500 tool. That said, the color checker is good and does pretty good color correction in Lightroom, but I can't justify the price alone. but I won't spend another $500 to find out.
