I like that it's easy enough for new users to get up and running quickly without needing extensive training or experience with POS systems or accounting/bookkeeping in general. The reporting capabilities are limited compared to some other products out there. It would be nice if you could pull transaction data into an Excel spreadsheet so that we can do our own analysis. We've been able to use this system fairly effectively but still have time-consuming manual processes which makes us look bad internally when things don't go as smoothly as they should.
