Overall good light but useless USB charging port and flashlight head won't turn sideways

Incredibly hard to find any specs on this flashlight before buying so I bought it and will be sharing the specs with everyone. Voltage: AC input 100-240V, DC output 12V 1.5A.2. LED: 27 LEDs, 3 rows with 9 LEDs in each row. The 2 outer rows are white LEDs and the middle row is yellow LEDs.3. Power Consumption: 5-11W depends on brightness4. Lumens: 530 lumens (at max brightness I believe) 5. Color Temperature: 2500-7000K6. 4 modes: (5 levels of brightness for each mode) Read: 43005300K (all amber and white LEDs light the same) Learn: 60007000K (mostly white LEDs in the outer row with small yellow LEDs in the middle) Relax: 43005300K (mostly yellow LEDs in the middle row with a few white LEDs) Sleep: 25003300K (only the middle row amber LEDs are lit) The light is mostly good, only the light can only be opened up and down and it does not rotate sideways. Let's say if you want to use it on a piano you want the light head to be able to rotate. 1x 1A USB charging port on the side, which is practically useless as most cellphones or tablets require more than 1.5A to charge. A reasonable amount of time.
