I add this to my oatmeal in the morning and will mix it with water at night when I need a little extra protein during the day. Can be a bit gritty in oatmeal, but dissolves perfectly in water and is very chocolatey! I have found that it is best mixed with other things. For example, adding banana to oatmeal helps solve the texture issue, and it goes really well with baked goods I make to boost protein.
