clumsy and awkward to use

It doesn't go back and forth, I can only pull and not push, which means a lot of extra work. It's also too heavy for me, I'm only 5ft 2in and not particularly strong. I was expecting it to clean up well, but it doesn't seem to have done so either. It's also too wide for the average round water bucket. I need an oblong bucket. And it doesn't seem to clean very well. Also, I seem to have waited too long to return it. I bought it on September 17th and they say they won't take it back after September 25th!

Pros

Scraper handle: A scraper is attached to the handle. After using the mop, you can take out the scraper from the handle, it can be easily scraped off the dirt on the mop head without getting your hands dirty. Simple and clean.
