I got this instead of a headband for my new mobile phone. I have a decent waist (34-36 inches (86-91 cm)) and my stomach is a little bigger so it feels tight with the straps with my phone in them. However, it doesn't feel too tight or uncomfortable. My phone is quite big (Nexus 6p - 6.27 x 3.06 x 0.29 inch (159.3 x 77.8 x 7.3 mm)) so it's quite difficult to put it in and on the other hand I feel sure when running/jumping rope. Can even put my wallet/keys on the other side for running but haven't tried it yet as I've used cars/jump ropes at home. Don't think I'll go back to armbands!
