I needed an extra pair of bar clamps. I have a 48" easy curl steel bar and a heavy steel bar, both of which use standard 1" weight plates (NON OLYMPIC). They work great. These cuffs come with a set screw to keep them securely in place. They weigh just under 1/2 pound per pair. They are way better than the more expensive cheap plastic snap rings that have flooded the market. These collars are also more secure than cheap spring loaded collars which typically cost 2-3 times more. These collars feel just as heavy and durable as my barbell collars (see picture). It probably won't be difficult to find a pair of T-bolts to replace the built-in set screw when needed. Highly recommended!
