They were very thorough with our needs analysis and helped us to understand what they could do for us. After receiving quotes, we realized that our current system was substandard and outdated (our old vendor had even stopped supporting it). We decided to go forward with Enquesta as they seemed to have the best fit for our environment. Our implementation process went well, but when I received an email stating "We are going live at midnight," I started getting nervous about the impact this would be on my staff. It is unfortunate that the product did not meet our expectations; however, I think part of that can be attributed to unrealistic timelines. If you're looking for a vendor who will work diligently to ensure your project meets all deadlines, then I recommend working with them. Their team works hard and stays focused throughout each step of the project. With them, there aren't any surprises once things get rolling.
