The ability to have full visibility of all assets in the field, as well as any issues that arise with them. This cuts out the need for multiple spreadsheets and emails. There can be times where it's a little hard to navigate but once you get familiar with the tool it makes sense very quickly. If looking for an EAM/CMMS that has been designed specifically for large organizations - this is not it. It's also not very intuitive. We are using Cryotos for inventory tracking and asset management. It allows us to easily track and log everything from service visits to repairs to new product orders.It also helps us keep our fleet in check and make sure we don't lose anything.
