Review on πŸ“· Capturing Excellence: Nikon D3200 Digital SLR Camera Body (Black) by Aashit Sharma ᠌

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Unsatisfactory quality, I wont buy it anymore.

This is the "Zhiguli" in the world of photographic equipment. Learn to take pictures and immediately sell in a month or two, changing to something more sane. Working with him is a punishment. Perhaps those who have not had experience with the best technology will not agree with me, but I strongly recommend saving further and taking something better without transiting to the d3200, why do you need it, even the d3300 is faster in operation and it is more pleasant to work with it or the same d5200 or d7100. If I turn back time, I would take a used D600 or d610. The main complaints about the terrible viewfinder, slow speed and disgusting ergonomics. And if you have time and opportunity, save up immediately for the D800 - it is much easier for a beginner to shoot on it.

Pros
  • +price + very light compared to other carcasses + minimally acceptable quality of photography (not on a whale lens and not on an ashka, but on manual ones) + when switching from d3200 to a more powerful device, there will be a guaranteed wow effect like from a Cossack to a foreign car
Cons
  • -when working with it, vision deteriorates strongly and confidently due to poor-quality viewfinder glass (you begin to see poorly in the dark and also distinguish between dark tones and a soapy picture as if everything is floating before your eyes, be sure to consider this and think about how often you have to shoot) -sometimes autofocus misses if you have to work quickly -very, very slow speed, it is very tight in operation! if there are a lot of frames, then consider no continuous shooting - on the "kit" versions at 200 thousand frames, one shutter jammed, another copy at 350 thousand frames for 50 thousand begins to jam, not take pictures, blunt, triple, etc. - disgusting ergonomics, especially after full-frame nikon, everything becomes uncomfortable
