Worked for my elbow issue

I used this item to recover from an elbow issue I acquired from mountain biking. I really found it challenging enough to get a good workout out of it. I used it to strengthen my muscles adjacent to the elbow and I could tell a difference in regaining strength. I had used muscle during the rest part of my recovery.

Pros

I use it to heal and strengthen my hand and wrist after my accident. Just right resistance for me.

Cons

The product may not be effective for long-term grip and forearm strengthening
