Product as advertised. We are a family of five, three hikers/vacationers, one woman runner and one daughter in Los Angeles. Needless to say, most of our garments absorb moisture. This detergent has literally breathed new life into some of our garments, eliminating odors that traditional detergents don't. Yes, the smell isn't very, but it's not scary. And yes, for the amount you get and the amount of loads you can make, it's expensive. However, it is not suitable for everyday use. Especially when your equipment needs a refresher from time to time.
