I like that it shows me where my internet goes (which means i'm not paying extra money). It's very easy to use! Some things can be confusing at first but once you figure out what each one does it becomes easier to understand. You do need some sort of technical knowledge in order to get all aspects working together effectively. So if you are tech savvy this will work great for your needs. If however you don't have much experience with networking or computers then this might take more time getting used to than other products. We were looking into having our network monitored so we could see what was going through it without having someone physically there to check them ourselves. This has made us feel safer knowing that someone else knows what is happening as well.
