It's clear to me that there aren't any musical soul mates out there. Some listeners choose "rich lows," while others prefer "bright mids," and yet others favor "detailed highs." When comparing these to the SH-206, I would recommend the ATH. I listened to a JBL-600 and, without meaning to sound too arrogant, they sound superior. But the cost is high. There have been no breaks or deletions for three years. It's unclear what the people who shatter them after three days use the pieces for. Not a hammer, not a ball, but headphones.
