Made in Ukraine. Arrived in plastic wrap in a box. Supplied with two pre-cut sheets of 1200 grit paper and a strip of green paste. Attaching 1200 grit paper is a bit fiddly (difficult?), but not difficult. There were no instructions in the box but the short video on the product listing page is explanatory. Clever design in part for sharpening curved knives and chisels, but in terms of materials and workmanship I find it overpriced at $19.95. . However, it's still a decent workshop tool for a specific purpose and I'm sure it will find use as curved blades are more difficult to sharpen than straight blades.
