I like that it's easy for me as an applicant or recruiter to search through all my resumes in one place! It also makes finding jobs much easier when searching multiple sites/databases at once. The interface could be more intuitive - sometimes there are features that aren't obvious unless someone has used them before. For example, if you're looking up something specific, such as "data scientist", then trying to find out how many people have searched for this term is difficult without knowing what each column means. Also, some fields don't appear to do anything but take space! Make sure to read everything carefully so you understand exactly why certain things show up where they do! This tool really helps keep track of who applied / interviewed etc., which can make recruitment processes smoother and faster.
