I'm really impressed with the Sense Solar. First, the speed of the device, it refreshes several times per second and offers amazing detail. You can even see a tiny lightbulb on the gauge right away. Secondly, the device recognizes devices quite well after a while. Finding an identified light source, fridge or fan is sometimes very easy, but due to the instantaneous resolution on the meter, it's fairly easy. It takes quite a while for appliances to show up, and most of the time it just shows some basic appliances first (I think it was my coffee maker first, then blowers, then refrigerators, then my clothes dryer). My Tesla, TV, computer, microwave and most lights haven't "felt" yet, but I'm only a few weeks old. In short, it's just a super good counter at first, with time it becomes a more practical tool. Don't expect this to tell you everything. Finally, the support is great. I asked many questions through the support team and received timely and thoughtful responses. This is a very high quality product well worth the price. For solar panel owners, I use this method more often than my SolarEdge HD-Wave because the reports are so damn fast and customizable (a screenshot of a winter day with a subdued sun and a short-duration Tesla charger (240@24A) is attached).
