1st Select has really helped our organization manage candidates in an efficient manner. The service has been great for recruiting both hourly workers as well as contract workers - even those requiring temp to perm contracts have benefited from this tool! We've also worked directly with their customer care team which was very responsive and helpful. Some of my coworkers were skeptical about using it at first but they quickly realized that there are benefits to having such a powerful system in place! In terms of ease-of use we were able to train many new hires on how to utilize it without too much hassle or help needed. This software made onboarding so simple! The best part of this software for me was that it allowed to keep track of all our candidates applications! I loved how organized everything looked as well.The system itself had some quirks but after talking directly withe support team they were more than willing address those issues immediately. We used their service mainly because we needed something easy enought o use at work while still keeping up good records in an excel spreadsheet format!
