Cute but my dog hates it

When I first put this on my Chihuahua I giggled because it's so cute. But I have to fight her to get it. This is a sweater style coat with velcro on the back for a custom fit but clearly uncomfortable for her. I can see where her hair has been shed on her neck and stomach area. Because of this, I only use it when absolutely necessary.
