Shipment with defective parts/system is slow
We had to send back the first block, it had a lot of damaged parts. The second came with a few broken parts. From these two we were able to make a system. It filters the water very well and the water tastes great. However, note that the process is very slow. It took 6 hours to make a 5 gallon container. We recommend you watch the YouTube video created for the installation.
