It was definitely worth it!
This player is a bomb, I bought it on eBay for $150 and had problems with it from day one and of course it's not a DVD recorder like there is another existed, but he played DVDs and VHSs, which was the end goal! The $7.99 price is worth it, I seriously thought it was a typo but I figured if I got screwed again it would just cost me some of that crap I got from the eBay seller!
