Review on 📚 MotorGuide Breaker - User Guide by Ricardo Mercado

Bought a Motorguide Xi5 trolling motor for my 1999 Bass Tracker. The installation instructions say to use a 50A circuit breaker (good) or a 60A circuit breaker (best). I chose the Motorguide 60 Amp brand. There is a big jump in price from 50 to 60 amps, but since I paid $1500 for my Xi5 I thought I should treat myself. Installation was pretty easy. I attached the top of the switch directly to the mini positive stand on my trolling motor battery using the metal connector provided. I didn't have to mount the jackhammer to a bulkhead or other vertical surface because I mounted it directly to my battery. Everything is fine so far and the trolling motor has started to work.
