Recru has helped our team of 3 recruiters work more efficiently, effectively & collaboratively with each other in order for us as leaders/managers of this small business unit within The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) organization! It's been easy enough so far to set up filters by job title or location - which we've used often during meetings where there are many people working remotely from different locations around North America.
I would like it if they had an easier way to filter candidates who have accepted offers versus those still looking at your open positions but haven't yet made their decision when searching through resumes etc., because sometimes even though someone accepts one offer out in California say via text message vs phone call / video chat interview process can take weeks longer than expected due time off + travel plans between states. If anyone was wondering about how much flexibility the system gives employers while also giving employees great.
