Hood lift brackets are ideal for those who work with Jeep Wranglers. I often work on oil changes and various maintenance jobs and I find it extremely convenient when I open the hood. They're available at a great price and look like you thought the Wrangler came with it from the factory. I haven't had any issues with it since installation (which shouldn't have taken more than 30 minutes), I've never had to do anything after the initial install.
