I love this product and it really is a great straightener. I have very curly hair and this keeps frizz at bay. I recently came across this brand after my 10 year old hair straightener broke. I bought Hot Tools at Walmart and I liked everything about it. However, my dog grabbed it and broke the cord. So I decided to buy it from Revain, THE PRODUCT WILL ARRIVE IN TWO DAYS THAT I AM VERY FULL. However, it was packaged very poorly in a manila envelope rather than a box. When I opened it the box was cracked and when I plugged it in the product made an odd clicking noise. Why am I so disappointed.
