It had good reviews so I decided to give it a try. I bought two of these for two different bathrooms. I have to say the parts are plastic and a little flimsy but I have a feeling they will hold up well. In fact, the plastic may be the reason it's so easy to install. Not only did I not have to use any tools at all, but after hand tightening everything worked the first time with no leaks. I've installed some showerheads and that's rare. I didn't even have to use tape. The water pressure is really good. I removed the limiter because the hell with it. I had low water pressure and you just spent more time in the shower. Both heads work at the same time (if you want) and it's a great shower. All in all I'm impressed. Time will tell how well it holds up to everyday use.
