Review on Haloview Backup Camera Adapter Bracket Compatible with Furrion Pre-Wired RVs by Adam Krueger

Haven't used the camera yet, but the adapter is excellent. however, it is confusing at first. What some reviewers don't realize is that this adapter isn't designed to adapt to Furrion's "cobra head" plastic cover on the back of the RV. The Cobra head needs to be removed and then installed on the gasket that was behind the Cobra head. I put silicone under the gasket and also put silicone in the hole where the factory wire protrudes from the gasket since the cobra's head is gone to protect it. First install the camera on the bracket. Then screw into the existing Cobra head mounting holes above the gasket. Tie the wires to control them and you're done.
