This is an extremely durable and compact solar panel that fits easily into a glove box or backpack and provides more than enough power to charge cell phones, tablets and other small electronic devices. . The solar panels are attached to a portable carry case that folds away when not in use and fully unfolds to charge your stuff or connect to a solar generator or battery pack. The system comes with USB outputs (cables not included) as well as various standard connectors for connecting items that accept a 12V DC input. The output actually ranges from 12 to 18 VDC depending on how much current is being generated. Most batteries and solar generators should be able to handle the voltage difference without any problems. The USB output seems to put out a fairly stable 5VDC. Compared to most other portable solar systems, this one is quite compact for the power you get. However, I never managed to get the power to 70 watts under ideal conditions. Most of the time it fluctuated between 50-60 watts. However, most solar systems I've tried don't reach their full rated output, so this isn't much of a surprise.
