Review on Samsung BD D5700 Blu Ray Player Black by Blake Mannasseh

I've had this player for over 2 years and it's given me nothing but trouble (and Samsung tech support never helped when I called them ). Netflix streaming is a joke because the device can't seem to be able to maintain a rock-solid and fast WiFi connection for nothing. It's the same room as the phone and computers not having connection issues, but 7/10 times Netflix (or other streaming apps like Pandora) just doesn't work and shows the "network disruption" error. I also had issues with the picture not being sent to the TV even though there was sound, only unplugging and replugging the power cord fixed this. Of course I had to take care of this myself because despite numerous calls to tech support, all they could think of was to reset everything that never worked. All I could see was stay away. Stay away.
