Review on Mizuno Mens Running Mirange Evening Athletic Shoes: The Ultimate Performance Footwear for Men by Matt Watkins

I weigh 240lbs and just ran 10km with them and ran a little a few weeks ago. They work as advertised, definitely absorb a lot and don't cause sore muscles the next day. I will buy them again. The only downside is that the upper edge of the shoe is already a bit worn from rubbing with my foot. Maybe it's my oddly large feet, but either way I'd think the top edge of the shoe (where you enter with your foot wrapping around your ankle) is more durable.
