Very disappointed in these
I received Chemex 10 cup translucent filters for Christmas 2017 and am very impressed with them. They soaked up a lot of acid and gave the water enough time to brew a delicious cup of coffee! I decided to buy these unbleached filters when I was running out of others. It is nothing different from other filters. #1 is smooth paper, #2 - coffee filters much faster, #3 - they are very similar to old paper bath towels. White filters remind me of thicker lab towels - they are much stronger and more accurate for filtering. Next time I'll DEFINITELY use a white filter.
