I would give these modules a 5 - if they worked out of the box. Shipping was great and they fit my old Dell 8600 (to upgrade from 1GB to 2GB) like a glove. Well, as I explained to the tech team at KomputerBay via email, I took the battery out very carefully and grounded myself on the install, but they were still DOA. Tech service responded by asking for a photo of the units, then saying they were Dell specs and had (already!) got a replacement on the way to me. He also included a return label (which I used). The new ones came in a day or two and worked like clockwork. In general, the first acquaintance with the products of this company left a positive impression. They are clearly interested in getting your business.
