I love how comfortable this bag is for a tall woman. She has no tiny straps. They are perfect and have so much space for my stuff and my kids stuff which I always take with me. I also feel safe with it on my back as the zipper is hidden and no one can get in. It bothered me with my other bag. I love that it has a different shoulder strap when I don't want to carry it on my back so it sits properly on the shoulder and doesn't slide down like a normal backpack. Then there is a hidden zippered side pocket perfect for my mask and germs for easy access.
