Review on 🔪 Rada Cutlery Curved Paring Knife - 6-1/8 Inch Stainless Steel Blade, Made in USA with Aluminum Handle - Silver by Ashley Branch

The blade holds up well and I find myself using this curved blade for many everyday purposes, forgetting a few more expensive straight knives in the block. Love the quality and price and I love that it's made in the USA. Please note that the aluminum handle, as stated in the description, needs to be hand washed and dried immediately. The blade is always clean and shiny, but the handle oxidizes and I wipe it down with a tissue from time to time. You can opt for a low-maintenance black handle, but I like the look of the aluminum handle; It's a nice rough texture, the picture doesn't do it justice. Not finding a "grandma" style knife that I liked locally, I turned to Amazon and found this one. I was hesitant because of the low price and because their website looks dingy like on TV, but I was impressed by the positive reviews. When I first started using it, I was disappointed with how light the knife felt in my hand and how thin the blade was, believing these were signs of poor quality and I'd soon be looking for a new, more expensive one would have to. Almost 3 years later I am surprised and happy to report that my first impression was completely wrong and I will refer to the Rada range of cutlery in the future.
