It hung on the screen with a message like "Connected! Connection attempt

I could not complete the connection process. I tried to connect to my Android phone. The app on my phone switched to kidde's network, connect it to my home network, switch back to my home network and try to reach it there. My router confirmed the device was connected, but the app couldn't complete the process. by saying something like "Connected! Attempting to connect.” I've tried multiple times to no avail. Your support team still hasn't responded to my email after 2 weeks. Instead, I recommend buying Leeo.
