There is nothing wrong with these mugs. I recommend them to everyone. However, I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because it lacks some of what I've found to be the most common ratios, such as 8:1:2. You can just use the ounces label to find out for yourself, but that defeats the purpose of having a mug to begin with, which you'll probably only use because it's so easy to mix the color, not because you have to use your brain to find out for yourself (oh my head!). I hope they consider adding this ratio in the future. It would also be nice if you could label every ounce instead of every two ounces (it's labeled 2, 4, 6 etc.), but I think that's pretty minor and you won't need it anyway were more preset ratios on the cup. About 1/3 of a mug is just a very large ABN logo so I know there is plenty of room for more markings. But still it's a good product overall, I'm sure you'll be happy with it.
