I'm so glad I bought a second one. Fits under my hood (and fits under my helmet). I wear mine for cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and shoveling snow. It is very convenient to have an item to keep your face warm. I ordered the black one with the imprint "Winter" with a light fleece lining. It's like in the picture, so your forehead is a bit open, when it's cold I either put on a light hat and/or pull up the hood. As with all balaclavas, the front part gets wet when used, but this is not a problem. Great price and works well.
